Custom Manufacture - Flexacier Wire Reinforced Suction Hose (FX)

Flexacier is a clear wire reinforced suction hose suitable for the suction and discharge of a wide range of liquids and foodstuffs.

The clear PVC is non-phthalate and is derived from renewable resources, it is reinforced with a steel spiral.

Applications

Filling machines & dispensers, Foodstuffs & water, Slurry, sewage & waste material, Chemicals, Granules
Ideal for the S&D of : Liquid foodstuffs, Beverages & fruit juices, Wine and liquors up to 20% alcohol concentration

Suitable to deliver foodstuffs according to Reg. EU 10/2011 (classes A,B, C) and to FDA Regulations
Lightweight, durable and very flexible
Minimum friction & maximum flow is maintained by the smooth bore
Good abrasion, weather, rot and chemical resistance
Wide operating temperature range. Temperature range: -10°C to +60°C, cold bend - 45°C
Non-phthalate
Good crush and kink resistance
Vacuum: 711mm Hg = 94% at 20°C

Chemical Resistance

Resistant to: Most oxidising agents, Reducing agents, Diluted acids, Diluted alkalis
